Hello, I’m Tess

Therapy works best when you can feel safe enough to be honest.

I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker dedicated to providing compassionate, culturally sensitive, and trauma-informed care.

As a bilingual therapist fluent in English and Mandarin, I offer the flexibility to communicate in the language that feels most natural and emotionally precise for you.

My approach centers on building a trusting therapeutic relationship and prioritizing your sense of safety and comfort throughout our work together. Therapy is not about fitting you into a predetermined formula. We work collaboratively around your goals, experiences, strengths, and the realities of your life.
